Hi, I’m Amanda — and I’m really glad you’re here. I believe healing happens best when we slow things down and create space to feel safe, supported, and understood. My approach to therapy is warm, gentle, and grounded in connection, often inspired by my love for animals, creativity, and the calming moments that help us reconnect with ourselves.
Trauma can affect how we feel in our bodies, emotions, and relationships — sometimes in ways that don’t always make sense. In our work together, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can show up just as you are and move at a pace that feels right for you.
